How far in advance should I book?
For city rides and local trips, you can book as little as 30 minutes in advance. For outstation trips, airport transfers, and corporate bookings, we recommend booking at least 6-12 hours in advance to ensure availability.
Can I modify my booking?
Yes, you can modify your booking details (pickup time, location, etc.) by contacting us at least 2 hours before your scheduled pickup time. Call +91-8446750712 or WhatsApp us with your booking ID.
What information do I need to provide while booking?
You'll need to provide:
  • Pickup location and destination
  • Date and time of pickup
  • Type of trip (one-way, round trip, hourly, etc.)
  • Number of passengers

Pricing & Payment

What are your payment options?
We accept multiple payment methods for your convenience:

Are there any hidden charges?
No, we believe in complete transparency. All charges are clearly mentioned upfront. Additional charges that may apply include:
  • Toll charges (actual)
  • Parking fees (actual)
  • Night charges (11 PM - 6 AM): 20% extra
  • Waiting time beyond free limits
All these charges will be clearly shown on your final invoice.
Do you charge for waiting time?
For airport pickups, we provide 60 minutes of free waiting time. For other services, first 15 minutes are free. After that, waiting charges apply as per the vehicle type (₹50-125 per hour).
Can I get a receipt for my trip?
Yes, absolutely! You will receive a detailed invoice via email or WhatsApp after your trip. The invoice includes all charges breakdown for your records.

Cancellation & Refunds

What is your cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy is customer-friendly:
  • More than 2 hours before pickup: Free cancellation, no charges
  • Within 2 hours of pickup: 25% of the booking amount
  • No-show: Full booking amount charged
How do I cancel my booking?
To cancel your booking, simply call us at +91-8446750712 or send a WhatsApp message with your booking ID. You will receive a cancellation confirmation immediately.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
